  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
