Chiavetta’s is partnering with Black Bird Cider Works for a special food and cider pairing!

All guests will be treated to a four-course meal prepared by our kitchen and cider pairing from Black Bird Cider Works.

Limited seating available. Tickets are sold in pairs.
The price for each pair of tickets is $100 (plus 8% tax) and includes all meal and beverage options.
This event is for guests age 21 and up.

Course One: Appetizers

Stuffed Mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms stuffed with Italian herbs and parmesan cheese, topped with crispy bacon.

Stuffed Banana Peppers

Fresh banana peppers stuffed with a savory blend of cheeses, herbs, breadcrumbs, and Italian sausage.

Paired with Black Bird Cider Works Estate Reserve

A classic American session cider, medium dry with a fruity apple aroma, crisp refreshing taste and light finish. 

Course Two: Salad 

Grilled Romaine Salad

Fresh romaine heart, grilled and topped with applewood smoked bacon, parmesan cheese, and Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing.

Paired with Black Bird Cider Works Red Barn

A true American sweet Hard Apple Cider. Hints of apricots in the aroma, refreshing full apple flavor.  

Course Three: Dinner 

Skewered Flank Steak

Skewered flank steak and grilled vegetables.

Grilled Pork Chop

Grilled pork chop with red smashed potatoes.

Fire-Roasted Shrimp

Fire-roasted shrimp and pineapple skewers.

Paired with Black Bird Cider Works Buffalo Bluegrass

A semi-dry hard apple cider aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Bold flavors include hints vanilla and cloves. 

Course Four: Dessert

Strawberry Rhubarb Cornbread Cobbler

Fresh strawberry rhubarb cornbread cobbler smoked over the pit.

Paired with Black Bird Cider Works Maple Season
