It all started on a small poultry farm in Brant, NY. Since then, we’ve been a go-to for bold, crowd-pleasing BBQ. 

The Secret’s in the Sauce. Our signature marinade is all about balance – bold, tangy, and packed with tradition. Crafted in Buffalo and passed down through generations, it’s your go-to for chicken, pork, beef, veggies, and more. Marinate, grill, roast, or slow cook. Our 70 year old family recipe is  as versatile as it is delicious. While we love serving up Chicken on Charcoal, there are many ways to use Chiavetta’s BBQ Marinade… so grab a bottle, your apron, and your culinary creativity because it’s time to go get cookin’!

Grill It

  • Marinade in advance, at least 30 minutes. 
  • Works well on poultry, pork, or beef.
  • We prefer charcoal, but any open flame will do.
  • Be sure to keep the bottle handy at the grill, we recommend basting while grilling for the juiciest outcome!

Slow Cook It

  • No advance prep required, add our signature marinade to your slow cooker with choice of protein. 
  • Works especially well with chicken and pork. 
  • After cooking, we recommend adding a bit of extra marinade and covering for 15 mins to steam in that flavor.

Roast It

  • Oven roast your poultry or veggies with our BBQ marinade.
  • Marinade in advance, about 30 minutes, and baste a few times while cooking.
  • We love putting a little extra over the top and covering for 15 mins to keep it juicy and flavorful.
