Please note: Our tossed salad is packaged for maximum freshness, so you will need to provide a bowl to toss and serve it in. Serving utensils are not automatically included, but you can easily add a disposable utensil package to your order when placing it!
All of our hot food is packaged to retain heat during transport, but for longer events, we highly recommend using wire racks and Sterno heating canned heat. Don’t have any? No problem! You can purchase complete buffet chafing setups directly from us when you place your order.
