Pick an on-site catering package for your event!

Our team will help to make your event a success: from set up to tear down to cooking our mouth watering BBQ on site. Serve up traditional BBQ, Buffalo favorites, or traditional family style entrees like Turkey with Gravy, Chicken Breast Parmesan, Prime Rib, Pork Chops, and more! Don’t forget dessert! We offer assorted pastry and cookie trays and the best sheet cake you’ve ever tasted.

On-site Catering is available year round, based on our availability. We have a 150 person minimum on events that take place during our peak season (May – September). Events are typically booked nine months to a year in advance. Please call us today if you’re looking for on-site catering within the next nine months. 

Catering is served on sustainable disposable plates unless otherwise noted. Add chinaware for an additional $6 per person.

Add linens, table coverings, and napkins for an additional $15 per table.

All on-site events are subject to a taxable administrative fee*. 

HORS D’OEUVRES

Hors d’oeuvres can be added to your menu for a 1-hour service prior to dinner. Price is per tray. Each tray feeds 50 people.

All full-service events are subject to a taxable administrative fee*.

Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our service, which is why all on-site events include a modest administrative fee. This fee allows us to maintain the highest standards of service and execution for your event. For gatherings that meet our minimum guest requirement and opt for our standard dining presentation, the administrative fee is 15%. Should you choose to enhance your event with our China dinnerware or if your event is more intimate and falls below our minimum guest quantity, the administrative fee is adjusted to 18%.
