Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing Marinated Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs steak cubed
  • ¾ c Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing
  • Optional-  Chiavetta’s Charcoal

Instructions

  • Cube steak
  • Add steak to a bowl or bag
  • Add ¾ cup of Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing
  • Mix it together
  • Marinate 30-60 minutes in the fridge
  • Start your grill while waiting
  • Grill steak bites on med-high heat for 6-8 minutes 
  • Flipping occasionally, cook until internal temp reaches 130-135 degrees
  • Serve hot with your choice of sides

Grilled Veggies Marinated in Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 zucchini 
  • 1 summer squash
  • ¾ c Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional – Chiavetta’s Charcoal

Instructions

  • Chop veggies
  • Add to a bag or bowl
  • Add ¾ cup of Chaivetta’s Italian Dressing
  • Marinate for 20-30 minutes while the grill is heating up
  • Grill veggies on medium-high heat for 8-12 minutes
  • Flip occasionally, cook until tender & charred 
  • Serve hot with a pinch of salt on top

Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pasta of your choice
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • Tomatoes
  • 1 small can black olives
  • ½ large cucumber
  • ¾ c Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • Optional – Feta Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta of choice al dente, and cool
  • Finely chop your vegetables
  • Add veggies and pasta to a bowl
  • Top with freshly chopped parsley
  • Add ¾ cup of Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing
  • Mix well
  • Let sit in fridge 15 minutes, add more dressing if dry
  • Serve cold
  • Optional – top with feta cheese
