Do you have a minimum guest count for full-service events?
Yes. For events taking place during our peak summer season (May – September), we require a minimum of 150 guests for full-service, on-site catering. However, we’re happy to work with you to find other solutions to bring Chiavetta’s to more intimate occasions. Please contact us so we can best assist with your catering needs.
Are there any service fees or deposits required?
To secure your date, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit upon signing the contract. All full-service events are also subject to an 18% service charge.
Do you offer bar packages or provide alcohol?
Because we do not carry a liquor license, we cannot provide bar packages or serve alcohol. If you plan to have alcohol at your event (including champagne on the tables before dinner), it must be poured and managed by your designated bar service.
